The staff was amazing, from the guards at the door, front desk, breakfast attendants, bartenders, housekeeping, they all insured we had everything we needed. The hotel is also beautiful. We reserved the palace and our room was spectacular.

I loved it. the location is perfect. the staff went above and beyond. everyone was so friendly and the breakfast was great. especially Camilla, Melanie and Jose were amazing. they helped us get our luggage back after Air France lost it. the facilities are great and everything looks clean and well taken care of. if you are looking for an all around great if slightly expensive experience look no further! the steak restaurant is also a great place to go. Tip- pay with visa or MasterCard, foreign card means no tax and both cards offer a very favorable tourist currency rate- pay in ARS on card and save money.

Breakfast was fabulous. Room was spacious and well laid out. Very tranquil. Beautiful gardens. Staff was exceptional and wanted to ensure a great stay.

Best spot in Buenos Aires. Forget Faena and other stuff. Ask for a garden view room.

The location is perfect, the garden is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly. We celebrated the New Year at the Park Hyatt and had a wonderful evening. The food, the entertainment and the magical setting made this a celebration we will never forget.
